Account Management
The agency will assign an experienced team of public relations professionals to plan, manage and oversee efforts to generate positive exposure, engage key audiences and develop plans and action to achieve identified business objectives.

Strategic Planning
The firm will craft a strategic plan tailored to your unique business objectives. Through research and analysis, we will identify effective message platforms, positioning strategies, key audiences, and targeted tactics to amplify your message.

Media Relations & Publicity
The agency will develop and/or maintain relationships with journalists, reporters, editors, and other media professionals and will proactively pitch story ideas, arrange interviews, and coordinate media opportunities to gain positive exposure.

Creative Concept Development
The agency will develop creative storylines and angles to aid our ability to gain exposure. The development of creative concepts is included in the monthly fee. Cost associated with executing the ideas or activations will be estimated an approved in advance.

Influencer Management
The agency will identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach and inspire target audiences. The agency will ensure alignment with brand messaging while fostering engagement between influencers and their audiences.

Awards & Recognition
The agency will assist in identifying relevant industry awards and recognition opportunities. The agency will collaborate on award submissions and leverage these accolades to promote and leverage exposure as an industry leader.

Proprietary Z-INK
The agency will utilize the proprietary Z-INK (Integrated Network Knowledge) process to gain additional depth and strength of internal resources in an effort to gain positive exposure through direct media relations.

Crisis Management
Our core Crisis Response Team (CRT) convenes media strategists, specialists, social media strategists and tacticians to manage unexpected events and situations which may threaten or otherwise disrupt operations. We focus on maintaining the trust of critical audiences while advising on and executing a best-practices based response.
